About Us

 So many young girls in adolescence have undergone some level of trauma that includes and is not limited to: Sexual Abuse, Childhood Neglect, Physical Abuse, Verbal Abuse,  Group home placement, and Foster care these incidents, in some capacities, have sabotaged a young mind's ability to dream, build trustworthy relationships and have placed them in a vulnerable position at a delicate stage in their lives. Daily we are faced with headlines of young girls who are runaways, misplaced, mistreated, underrepresented, and unfortunately incarcerated due to misguided choices. Additionally, over four hundred and thirty thousand (430,000) teens make up foster care and group home placement; girls alone solely contribute forty-eight percent (48%) of that total in the US. We have an opportunity to help young girls who have undergone distress who are emotionally paralyzed and do not see a better life for themselves. When someone is in this position, it is easy for them to lose their moral compass, which snowballs into numbing behaviors that progressive discipline and corrective placement. Young girls often feel lost, abandoned, go into a deep depression, and are fending for themselves without someone to guide them and hold them up. Our organization can foster a unique crusade that can serve as a form of resolution to help mitigate evolving statistic disparities in young teen girls and women in poverty or past abusive situations.  

  Offers a holistic and practical approach that meets our members where they are, celebrates their strengths, assesses the area of opportunity, and provides customized programs and resources.

Our programs strive to rejuvenate personal ambition on goals that may have once been out of reach due to unfortunate circumstances. Our initiative will help young women lead better lives by imparting essential life skills. We continue to build our platform with like-minded professionals, influencers, youth advocates, community leaders, and corporations that believe that their contribution can and will make a difference.

To reach as many at-risk female youths transitioning into womanhood by cultivating the right relationships through mutual respect and partnerships that bring about purpose, personal determination, and the will to overcome tribulations together. 

Our success will stem from connecting our youths to the right people, programs, and resources to deliver sustainable results throughout life. 

We strive to meet her where she is and help her conquer her limitations by unveiling roadmaps that will enable her to identify and course-correct temporal roadblocks that can change her future trajectory.

We intend to stimulate transparent mentorships that build trust, breed self-confidence, and encourage autonomy over their choices to graduate to make lives they can be proud of and become empowered women who contribute to society.
