Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced coach supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. Coaching may mean an informal relationship between two people, of whom one has more experience and expertise than the other and offers advice and guidance as the latter learns. Still, coaching differs from mentoring by focusing on specific tasks or objectives instead of more general goals or overall development.
Transitioning into the workforce can be unnerving when unfamiliar with social concepts and fundamental knowledge requirements. We want to give our members a blueprint of what to expect along with understanding compliance, and technical and soft skills.
A customized virtual series that trains and develops new members to the workforce or current aspiring leaders. Members who apply for this service are serious about moving ahead and practicing the proven techniques to gain a professional advantage.
We will work with inner-city churches, government agencies, group homes, shelters, and any young teen that independently identifies they can benefit from our services.
It is essential to have a strong foundation mentally and physically. Our goal is to coach our members on being the best versions of themselves by embracing a healthy lifestyle. We will provide nutritional and physical education at our events and platforms.
If our members are actively seeking higher education, we believe it is essential to get the support they need to make the process easier. We will help with grant resources and financial aid assistance. Members will need to be enrolled in an accredited college or university to qualify.
